Who We Are

Show up. Adapt. Compete.

We're Thunderstrike — FTC Team 33535, founded in Oeiras in October 2025 as Portugal's first-ever FIRST® Tech Challenge team. Our first qualifier was The Hague: invited on the eve of the event, we built a working driver-controlled robot in sixty minutes and finished 9th of 12.

Six weeks later we won the Helmond Qualifier. Then a Benelux Championship final, three design awards, the European Premier Event in Eindhoven — and the thing Portugal was missing: the country's first FTC event, hosted by us in Oeiras.
